MSC - The Place in Birmingham to Get Orthodontics

What Midlands Smile Centres Offer

Damon Braces-

These braces have a slightly similar appearance to that of traditional braces, but they are actually a highly modern approach to achieving aesthetically pleasing teeth. One noticeable advantage to having Damon brace as opposed to other forms of orthodontic treatment is that their process is a speedy one; the Damon system necessitates 50% of the amount of appointments as would be expected with traditional braces, and compared to traditional braces, the Damon System is finished 6 months earlier.

Six Months Smiles-

This type of orthodontic treatment is absolutely ideal for patients who are insistent on avoiding forms of braces that are unsightly. This is due to the fact that Six Months Smiles are tooth-coloured and therefore, very inconspicuous. And, as you might have assumed from the name of this type of treatment, the process takes a minimum of 6 months to complete, with the average duration of treatment lasting between 4 and 9 months.

By utilising impressive contemporary technology, Invisalign braces are an effective form of orthodontic treatment available through MSC that feature definite cosmetic merits as well. The cosmetic appeal of Invisalign braces derives from their use of clear aligners, meaning that you can enjoy the benefits that they will bring to your teeth without being concerned about your smile being affected by braces that are unpleasant-looking.

Whilst Lingual Braces could be compared to traditional braces, they actually sit behind instead of in front of the teeth. The fact that they cannot be detected by an outsider’s perspective whilst you wear them has earned them the nickname “hidden braces”. Dependent on how misaligned or crowded the patient’s teeth are, Lingual Braces will require between 18 and 36 months for their treatment.

What’s Involved

Damon Braces-

Whereas traditional braces make use of brackets attached to each tooth and a connecting wire that is “tied” to each bracket, the Damon system utilises high tech brackets that have built-in clamps to hold the wire. As a result of this, the tightening that occurs at each appointment with traditional braces is not necessary with Damon Braces. The brackets are glued to the front of the teeth.

By way of the Damon Braces’ high-tech wire – known as ‘shape memory wire’- which is able to return to a predetermined shape, they will gradually shift your teeth into the intended position with ease.

Due to Damon Braces making use of light pressure, they are more comfortable than traditional braces, and numerous patients have claimed that there is little to no discomfort involved in Damon Braces treatment.

Six Months Smiles-

Six Months Smiles treatment is able to straighten teeth and work by moving the patient’s teeth at a gradual pace. This form of treatment is known for its ability to create excellent results within a relatively short period of time. You will also find with Six Months Smiles that they are comfortable to wear, too.

Invisalign Braces-

To begin with, the treatment process for Invisalign braces starts with moulds of your teeth being taken, in order to ensure that you have the most comfortable fitting. There is also the option to view what the expected result of the treatment will be by making use of ClinCheck® 3D treatment plan. Following this initial stage, clear aligners will be made for you by one of Midlands Smile Centres highly experienced orthodontists. Once on, the Invisalign braces will begin to move your teeth into the required position and will do so at a gradual rate and without discomfort.

Lingual Braces-

With Lingual Braces, one of our dentists must first assess whether this is the correct type of treatment for you, and if it is deemed suitable for you, then the process begins with an impression taken of your teeth. The purpose of this is to produce brackets and wires that are tailor-made for your teeth. These small, personalised brackets are subsequently attached to the back of your teeth. A wire will also be connected to exert the correct amount of pressure. Regular visits to your dentist will be required so that adjustments can be made and to check that the treatment process is unfolding in an expected manner. The Lingual Braces use their light yet constant pressure to move your teeth into the desired position.

Some patients have initially found that their speech has been affected by Lingual Braces, but this is swiftly resolved after they have become accustomed to Lingual Braces. It has also been reported by some patients that their tongue can become irritated or swollen due to Lingual Braces being placed behind teeth instead of in front. To help alleviate this soreness, a small amount of wax can be applied on the inside of the teeth over the braces.

Complete Your Smile With Dental Implants

Your smile is an important part of your appearance, it tells people you feel happy, amused and joyous.  A simple smile can make people feel welcomed, valued and can put them at ease. Your smile should be something you can be proud of, and not something you’re ashamed of showing. However, many people are self-conscious about their smile, and refrain from smiling to avoid showing their teeth.

There are a number of problems that can cause people to be unhappy with their smile, including gaps, discolouration, chips or broken teeth, and missing teeth. For many of these problems, there are easy and simple resolutions that can bring back the joy of smiling. Veneers, orthodontics and tooth whitening are all types of treatment that can help resolve issues with your smile effectively.

For missing teeth, a dental implant can fill the gap and give you a confident, full smile again. Dental implants can help you and your smile in many different ways. Here are just some of the benefits you can expect following dental implant treatment:
  • A more natural looking smile.
  • Increased self-confidence and comfort.
  • Rediscovering the joy of eating again.
  • Having a fully versatile, functional and durable set of teeth.
  • Increased pride in smiling.
  • A great way to replace missing teeth.

Types of Dental Implants Available to You

Dental implants come in many different varieties that can help fix different problems with your smile. Discover the different types of implant available to you below.

As the treatment name suggests, this involves one single implant which replaces a missing tooth. This implant is made up of two parts, a titanium supporting rod which replaces the root of the tooth and is placed in the jawbone.  A natural looking false tooth is placed on top of the titanium supporting rod. The implant dentists at Midlands Smile Centres use x-rays to locate the exact position where the implant will go before placing it in the gum.  This helps to reduce swelling, bleeding, pain, and reduces the recovery time.  Ordinarily, two visits to the clinic is needed to complete this procedure within three months.

This treatment works in a similar way to traditional bridges using false teeth to replace missing teeth. This treatment is a great way to improve your smile and the alignment of your teeth.  The bridge is supported by implants rather than using neighbouring healthy teeth.  This treatment has the added benefit of being more durable than traditional bridges and therefore will last longer with careful maintenance. If you’re missing several teeth in a row, this might be the best option for you.

Gold implants work in the same was as ordinary implants, but they also give your smile a striking visual appearance. A gold implant is made up of a titanium implant being fixed in the jawbone and a gold alloy false tooth which is strong, durable and fully functional.  Gold implants work well for the back molars where food is mostly chewed.

These implants are fixed to the jawbone which makes them more stable than removeable dentures. The benefits of this treatment are their durability, comfort, natural appearance, and the ability to eat comfortably, without worrying about the dentures moving. This procedure involves having x-rays and moulds taken, then having the titanium rods inserted as shown in the x-ray. These rods act as roots for the natural looking teeth to sit on.  Once all the rods are inserted, they are given a period of between two and six months which allows the jawbone to heal.  You will be given a temporary denture to wear.  Extensions are attached to the rods and your new teeth will then fitted on top.

The Procedure

Midlands Smile Centres have highly qualified and experienced staff with over 29 years of experience with dental implants. Your dentist will be able to fully explain the process of having dental implants and answer any questions or concerns you may have about the procedure.  It is natural to have concerns, but a free consultation with one of our experienced dentists can put your mind at ease and help you feel relaxed and comfortable about the procedure.

Directly after the treatment, your gums around the implant will need time to heal and set. It is common to experience some swelling, pain and possibly bruising. However, this is something that can be managed well with painkillers and ice packs placed next to the implant.  Your dentist will be available to assist with any problems you may have after the procedure.  Your dentist will also go through how to properly care for your implant, and how to reduce any discomfort you experience after the treatment.

Cleaning and Maintaining Your Implants

Like your natural teeth, your implant will need regular cleaning. The new implant may feel sensitive in the first couple of days after having the procedure.  Do continue to brush your other teeth and gums but try and avoid brushing the implant.  Once the swelling and pain has significantly reduced, you can start gently cleaning the implant as you would your natural teeth.  It is also recommended to use a mouthwash of warm salty water as this helps to speed up the recovery process, and it also helps you to clean other places in your mouth that are hard to reach. Using a straw to drink fluids is also recommended.  Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, diet and routine is important for keeping your new dental implant in good condition.

Making slight adjustments here and there to your appearance is something that many of us ponder from time to time. Among the more serious of changes are those of facial aesthetic treatment. Facial aesthetic treatments cover a range of different types of procedure, all aimed towards helping you achieve your desired appearance. These can range from anti-wrinkle treatments, to volumizing and fillers. All of these treatments can help give a more youthful look and improve your confidence.

For those already aware of the superb standard of dental treatment offered at Midlands Smile Centres, the difference our dentistry can make to your teeth will be obvious. But with MSC offering an impressive range of facial aesthetics as well, it is clear that these kinds of treatments could be opted for after undergoing the dental work of your choice. In this way, facial aesthetics could be the final piece of the puzzle in correcting, improving and ultimately revitalising your appearance.

Any perceived imperfections with your appearance can cause a lack of confidence and may cause you to miss out on opportunities in life. You may believe that there are imperfections with your appearance that are a direct result of the ageing process, and these may be a cause of some discomfort for you. Whatever it is that you believe is the cause of the issue and the extent to which you feel that it makes you uncomfortable, we at Midlands Smile Centres can offer you something which could solve your problem. Choosing to go with MSC and make use of the vast expertise we have in providing treatments to alter your appearance can leave you with a better sense of well-being, and a greater level of confidence.

Facial Aesthetics For You at MSC
There are a range of treatments that can help give a boost to your facial aesthetics. Here are just a few of the options we have available at MSC, but you can find out more on our facial treatments page.

Dermal Fillers - Usually used around the nose and mouth areas, Dermal Fillers give wrinkles in the skin a little lift. Injected underneath the skin to allow them to take the appropriate effect, Dermal Fillers help create a more youthful appearance and will last between 6 months and a year.

Anti-Wrinkle Injections - Able to be used on the neck as well as the face, Anti-Wrinkle Injections take effect by relaxing the muscles in the targeted area. Also referred to as Botox, Anti-Wrinkle Injections work to lessen the appearance of wrinkles and lines, helping to create a look that will require an appointment every 3-6 months to maintain.

Cheek Volumizing/Sculpting - A further treatment for facial rejuvenation, Cheek Volumizing/Sculpting is designed to help give you a more youthful appearance. This treatment targets the cheeks as the cheeks are a part of the face that can begin to sag with age, leading to wrinkles and lines forming in the nose and mouth area. Capable of producing noticeable and wide-reaching cosmetic benefits, Cheek Volumizing/Sculpting at MSC is also a procedure that is very convenient, meaning that you can walk-in and walk-out and enjoy the effects that a single Cheek Volumizing/Sculpting appointment can bring you.

Lip Fillers - Boosting the lips by imbuing them with a bold, plump shape, Lip Fillers are delivered via injection to introduce new volume to both the upper and lower lips. Able to last for between 4 and 6 months, Lip Fillers can be carried-out again in order to renew the shape of the lips.

Non-Surgical Nasal Tip Lifting - A way of changing the appearance of your nose without the use of surgery, Non-Surgical Nasal Tip Lifting is a relatively new type of treatment and is provided by us, here at MSC. Non-Surgical Nasal Tip Lifting can be effective in removing bumps in the nose and for a period of between 4 months and two years (dependent on which treatment you choose), the treatment will help improve your appearance. Although the agent will dissolve after this period of time has elapsed, you can undergo the treatment again to renew the results.

Teeth Grinding Therapy - The condition that causes individuals to grind their teeth is known as bruxism and it exists in two forms: sleep bruxism and awake bruxism. Related to stress and anxiety, bruxism can be combatted by the treatment we offer at Midland Smile Centres. By opting for this treatment, you can take steps to preserve your smile.

Gum Reduction - Another way to boost the appearance of your smile, Gum Reduction involves the altering of your gumline for cosmetic purposes. At MSC we can give you Gum Reduction treatment to mould and shape your gums for a reasonable price. What’s more, our MSC Gum Reduction treatment is permanent.

Why You Should Get Regular Dental Check-Ups

When was the last time you had a regular dental appointment? Following the given advice of having a check-up every six months has a lot of benefits for your pearly whites. A regular check-up will normally include;

1.      An examination over your oral hygiene and overall health of your gum and teeth.
2.      Spotting any problems with your teeth such as cavities or gum disease and obtaining relevant and successful treatment.
3.      Checking on the condition of your gums.
4.      Removing build-up of plaque and tartar on your teeth.
5.      Receiving professional dental advice on your brushing and flossing techniques.
6.      Time to ask any questions you may have relating to the effects of diet, alcohol and smoking on your teeth.
7.      Reporting any dental problems you may have had since your last appointment.

What if there is a problem with my teeth?

Nobody wants to endure things like toothache, nerve pain, build-up of plaque or bad breath.  Midlands Smile Centres offer several dental treatments to alleviate problems like these found during a routine check-up. These include:

1       Fillings – these are used by dentists to remedy decaying teeth. There are three different types of filling; composite/white fillings, metal fillings and dental restorations.

2       Orthodontic Treatment – this involves a brace being fitted to correct crooked teeth or the bite of the patient.  The different types of braces used include Damon braces, Invisalign braces and Six Month Smiles.

3       Hygienist Treatment - this is a scale and polish treatment for your teeth. This type of treatment helps to minimise tooth decay, gum disease and tooth wear.

4       Oral Surgery (extractions) – an example of this is the removal of wisdom teeth that may cause discomfort or to address overcrowding if there are too many teeth.

Ignoring a problem with our teeth is likely to lead to further problems if left untreated.  Be sure to book an appointment with your dentist for regular dental check-ups to keep your teeth and oral hygiene in good condition. You can book a dental check-up at your local dentist in Birmingham online.

Top tips for improving your dental health

The Do’s:

1.      Brush your teeth on a regular basis. The advice given for daily bushing is twice a day however, brushing in between meals would give your teeth an extra boost of protection and will lead to better oral hygiene.

2.      Use an electric toothbrush. Whilst brushing with a regular toothbrush using the correct technique can keep your teeth clean, using an electric toothbrush gives a more effective clean. The smaller brush head gets into the harder to reach back teeth to keep them healthy and in good condition.

3.      Brush your tongue. Doing this this reaps many benefits such as improving your oral hygiene, which is the result of the amount of bacteria inside your mouth. It can also make your breath smell minty fresh and feel cleaner.

4.      Have necessary treatments advised by your dentist. This is key to keeping your teeth happy and healthy.

5.      Eat foods that are beneficial to keep your teeth strong. Products that are high in calcium are particularly beneficial, such as cheese and yoghurt. Some fruits, such as strawberries, can also be beneficial for your dental health.

6.      Chew sugar free gum. Chewing sugar free gum helps your oral health by encouraging production of saliva in your mouth, which then neutralises the acidity on your teeth which would otherwise cause problems such as cavities and bad breath.

7.      Use dental products such as floss and mouthwash. Including these in your daily oral hygiene routine will minimise dental problems developing. Flossing is an extremely useful technique because it removes food from places in your mouth that regular brushing can’t, and it can also help to remove plaque.  Mouthwash is another dental product you can use to rinse out trapped food, which also helps to eliminate bad breath and the build-up of tartar.

Orthodontics at Your Local MSC dentist in Birmingham

Orthodontics play a large part of the dental industry today. It isn’t uncommon for a person to know several people in their lifetime who have or have had braces. Orthodontic treatment has become much more popular with young adults who are looking to aesthetically improve their smile. The decision however to have braces can be a difficult one to make due to the lengthy treatment plan and the unappealing visuals of traditional braces. What many of these patients are not aware of, is that there are now several different options on the market that could help to address your concerns and give you the smile you’ve been looking for.

Here are just a few of Midlands Smile Centres treatments that are used to address crowded and misaligned teeth to give you an aesthetically pleasing smile.

Traditional Braces

Traditional braces are very well known and are respected as the most common orthodontic treatment for correcting teeth. These are made of metal and are glued to the teeth, where a wire is then put in place to apply pressure to the teeth. This pressure is then used to pull and push the teeth into place, adjusting your smile to provide straighter teeth and correcting your bite. While this is an effective way of helping to address orthodontic issues, there are some things the patient should consider. Traditional braces can be uncomfortable when first placed, sometimes causing bleeding and irritation of the gums and cheeks or causing an aching sensation due to the pressure on your teeth. It’s important that you contact your dentist if you experience these symptoms for a prolonged amount of time.

Lingual Braces

Lingual braces adjust your teeth to provide a straighter smile and correct bite, without getting in the way of your smile. This treatment involves a brace being applied to the rear of the teeth where it is less visible. However, lingual braces are commonly only used for specific cases where the patient requires a lifting of the teeth. If you think this could be for you, you can find out more by booking a consultation with your local dentist in Birmingham. Another consideration of this treatment is that it can cause a sore tongue, due to the braces position on the inside of the mouth.

Damon Braces

Damon braces are your middle ground of the previous two orthodontic solutions. Like traditional braces, they have a similar aesthetic look due to both treatments using a metal material for the brace. Where this treatment differs however, is its ability to complete the treatment much more comfortably. This is due to the fact that this treatment uses a wire which is able to remember it previous shape, and consequently maintains a more gentle pressure that is consistently applied to the teeth and gums, while traditional braces have to be adjusted at each appointment with a great deal more pressure. Alongside this, patients who receive Damon braces often complete their treatment much sooner, in some cases this can be as much as six months.

Six Month Smiles

Six Month Smiles is a relatively new form of orthodontic treatment that has begun to make waves in the dental world for its effective and easy treatment. This service works much like a traditional brace but tackles two of its major concerns. Like traditional braces, Six Month Smiles braces are applied to the front of your teeth, but these are made from a clear plastic material. The same can be said for the wire which is usually clear or coloured to match the colour of your teeth. This not only helps to provide a more aesthetic look during the treatment phase but also allows the wearer to avoid discomfort during the treatment, of which is usually between 4 to 8 months long. If you’re interested in receiving straighter teeth in less time than traditional orthodontic treatment, you can book a consultation with your dentist to find out if this treatment is for you.

Invisalign

Invisalign is a new and innovative form of orthodontic treatment available at Midlands Smile Centres. Invisalign works by applying several plastic transparent retainers, which over several months will adjust the positioning of your teeth. Each retainer will be slightly different and will apply gentle pressure to move your teeth into position. Not only this, but they are also nearly invisible to the eye, meaning you can still enjoy smiling without worrying about the look of traditional braces. If you’re looking for a service which can provide you a comfortable and natural looking way to change your smile, Invisalign could be ideal for you. Book a consultation today to find out more.

Midlands Smile Centres

Midlands Smile Centre is your local dental practice that can offer you all of these orthodontic treatments. Our team of orthodontic specialists have over 30 years of experience working with some of the toughest orthodontic cases. Our aim is to provide you with the treatment and service which will give you a smile you can be proud of.

Happy Easter, Healthy Teeth

Easter is coming-up and we all know what that inevitably means; chocolate! It’s a time to relax, see the family and indulge. It’s also a time where it’s easy to really let yourself go when it comes to eating your way through that large stack of chocolate eggs. It’s good to enjoy yourself over this period, but whilst doing so, it’s just as important to do what you can to take care of your family’s teeth.

The reason why this is especially important over the Easter period is that chocolate is high in sugar content. The eating of chocolate produces acid in the mouth and can lead to the creation of plaque as well as the possible staining of teeth. And, because it turns into liquid form in your mouth as you eat it, chocolate can bathe your teeth in sugar, giving the sugar more time to stay in contact with your teeth for longer and increasing the risk of damaging your teeth.

To point-out that you should be careful eating too much chocolate and sweet-things during Easter is fairly obvious. It can also be difficult to do this when you just want to enjoy yourself. However, there are some things you can do to make sure you’re doing what you can to boost your dental health while also letting yourself delight in all of that chocolatey goodness.

Plus, if you’re a parent, being aware of these tips might be especially helpful as your little ones might be particularly eager to tuck into their Easter treats. They may potentially get through a lot of chocolate, so using this time to guide them on the correct methods to look after their teeth is especially important.

Brushing: Brushing teeth is probably something most of us do on a regular basis- a minimum of two times a day, preferably. If you’re eating an unusually large quantity of sugary treats though such as chocolate eggs, you might want to think about brushing a little more regularly, such as after every meal. On the subject of brushing it’s a good idea to use an electric toothbrush if you don’t use one already. Electric toothbrushes offer a more thorough, consistent standard of cleaning that the human hand with a manual brush in its palm can’t quite provide. They can get to those hard to reach places inside your mouth as well.

Sugar Free Gum: Chewing sugar free gum is a great little tip for better dental health as it increases the production of saliva in your mouth, helping your teeth stay protected from the acids present in your mouth after you have eaten. This is useful for those times when you simply can’t get to your toothbrush. Sugar free gum comes in conveniently sized little packets that you can slip into your pocket, making them easy to keep with you no matter where you go. They also make good treats for your kids.

Mouthwash: It is generally recommended that using mouthwash should be part of everybody’s daily dental routine. And given that it is likely your teeth are going to be put to the test a little more than normal due to eating chocolate over Easter, it’s advisable that you use your mouthwash. Talk to your dentist about the best kinds of mouthwash available to you.

Flossing: Flossing is perhaps one of those everyday dental tips that is easily disregarded. Perhaps because it is relatively time-consuming and takes perhaps more effort to do properly than brushing your teeth. However, regularly flossing your teeth is great for removing any trapped food or detritus in-between your teeth. It’s not difficult to let flossing fall by the wayside, but over the Easter period it’s even more important that you do it. Use floss sticks or regular floss and keep your teeth at their best.

Water: Drinking water is another simple way to defend your teeth from the effects of consuming excessive amounts of chocolate and sugary treats. When you get yourself a glass of water, instead of just sipping it as you normally would, you should try to swill your mouth with it to dislodge any pieces of food stuck to your teeth and to neutralise the harmful elements contained within what you have just eaten. For your children, make sure they drink a glass of water after their chocolate treats to help reduce the chance of dental problems.

Other Foods: There are certain types of food such as cheese, fish and vegetables that are beneficial for your teeth. This is maybe something else to think about after you have munched a load of chocolate and are concerned about the effect that this may have had on your teeth. It might even be prudent to swap some chocolate for other treats, such as small cheese bites.

Enhancing Your Smile
It’s not unusual to notice imperfections in your smile and want them to be improved in some way. With wedding season slowly creeping-up, being more concerned about your appearance is only natural.

If you decide to go ahead now with an MSC cosmetic treatment, you could be making a crucial adjustment to the appearance of your teeth, elevating the overall charm of your smile. If there is a small blemish or imperfection with your smile, we can help remove that so you can enjoy a bright, confident smile. Whatever the full-extent of the impact of this treatment may be, there’s no denying that enhancing your smile can make you feel as though you look your absolute best on the day, and should get rid of any worries you have may have about not looking as good as you can. You will be left feeling confident and happy, and ready to make the most of the special occasion.

What Difference Can MSC Cosmetic Treatments Make?
Some people look at their smile and can’t help but notice that one or two of their teeth aren’t quite right. It may be that these teeth are crooked, misshapen or even discoloured. These small imperfections can make a massive impact on the way a person’s smile looks, and they can easily undermine that person’s confidence.

Veneers can help alleviate this problem.
Part of MSC’s cosmetic treatment range, veneers are thin layers of material-usually porcelain- that can be applied to the individual teeth that have imperfections. The thin layers of material are placed over the relevant teeth, enabling them to blend-in with your surrounding teeth. Veneers are a relatively straightforward way to correct imperfections, and with just one or two veneers, the positive impact made to your teeth can be immense.

The problem with your teeth might be that they just have a general lack of that healthy white shade that teeth are supposed to have. This is not uncommon, as staining of teeth can be caused through a number of things that many of us come into contact with on a daily basis, such as tea, coffee, smoking, drinking red wine and eating certain foods like curry, berries, grapes and certain sauces.
The solution is easy: Enlighten Tooth Whitening and Pola Whitening.

Enlighten Tooth Whitening at MSC revolves around the use of bespoke, close fitting trays made especially for your teeth which are then taken home. These trays are to be filled with a whitening gel that is given to the patient who will wear the trays on their teeth overnight for a period of two weeks, culminating in a final treatment with our dentist. Pola Whitening treatment is based on the use of a whitening gel that removes the staining on your teeth. Pola Whitening not only helps to restore the natural whiteness of your teeth but is able to get results quickly.

It may be that what your teeth really need is a thorough professional clean to brighten them up.
Booking a hygienist treatment with airflow can do just that.

MSC airflow treatment is a pressurised blast of water, air and sodium bicarbonate that’s an excellent method of cleaning teeth, able to reach up to 5mm into periodontal pockets in your mouth. It is similar to a scale and polish but is actually more effective. Capable of removing stains, plaque and giving your teeth the polish that they need, airflow treatment at MSC is irritation-free and ideal for giving your smile a pleasant aesthetic lift.

Further Treatment?
We also offer facial aesthetics at MSC. If facial aesthetic treatment is something that you are interested in, please visit MSC’s website to find-out more.

So, if you’re looking ahead to your big day and are concerned about how your teeth look:

Am I Too Old for Braces?

The short answer to the question of, ‘am I too old for braces?’ is simply, no! At MSC, age is never an issue and it’s never too late to get ...
